Jen spent nearly two decades as an Air Traffic Controller in Milwaukee before stepping into real estate, bringing sharp attention to detail and a calm, steady presence to every deal. Known for her kind nature and being guided by her faith in Jesus, she cares deeply about helping people find the right path forward. When she’s not working, Jen loves hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.

Mike Fielding

Co-Founder

Mike spent over a decade as a pilot before turning his focus to real estate, bringing the same precision and problem-solving skills to every deal. His belief in Jesus shapes how he treats people and approaches business, keeping integrity at the heart of everything he does. Outside of real estate, Mike is an outdoorsman, mentor, and husband who enjoys spending time in nature and investing in others.
